We are pleased to announce that MES Life Safety has recently acquired Safety Inc. (and it’s divisions ETA Process Instrumentation, Martech Controls, and iFacility Services), marking an exciting new chapter in our 55 year journey. This decision was made with great care and consideration.
MES offers the combination of business synergy and philosophy we looked for in deciding to sell our company. MES has established itself as the largest fire dealer in the US, and we are proud to be their newest partner in a strategic expansion into the industrial market.
As part of this transition, we want to assure you that the high-quality service and support you’ve come to expect will not only continue—but expand. Fred and I are going to continue to manage our businesses as divisions of MES.
