Feature Product Line: RKI Instruments

This month, we highlight RKI Instruments, a North American leader in gas detection and proud partner of Riken Keiki, the global pioneer in sensor technology. The RKI portable lineup includes the GX-3R, the world’s smallest 4-gas monitor, along with the GX-Force, GX-3R Pro, and GX-6000, which support up to 6-gas detection. These rugged and reliable instruments are trusted across oil and gas, wastewater, fire and hazmat response, semiconductor manufacturing and more.

Product Spotlight: Perma Pure AS-Series Ammonia Scrubbers

Perma Pure’s AS-Series provides dependable ammonia removal for emissions monitoring and process control. Designed for CEMS and demanding industrial environments, the series includes polysulfone and stainless-steel options, with or without heater blankets, to meet a wide range of temperature and pressure requirements. Each model is optimized for sample integrity and long-term stability.

Advanced Monitoring Solutions from NEO Monitors

NEO Monitors delivers cutting-edge LaserGas TDLS analyzers and LaserDust systems for in-situ gas and particulate monitoring. These analyzers eliminate the need for sampling systems and offer ultra-fast response times, long-lasting laser performance and minimal maintenance. With path lengths ranging from a few inches to extended distances, NEO Monitors provides accurate, real-time data for process optimization and emissions reduction.

KROHNE Mag Meter Field Verification

Accurate flow measurement is essential for process reliability and regulatory compliance. KROHNE’s field verification service (through iFacility Services) confirms that installed electromagnetic flow meters perform within 1 percent of their original calibration. This in-line, non-intrusive process evaluates magnetic circuits, electrodes, I/O integrity and diagnostics. Customers receive a detailed PDF report documenting results for audits, compliance checks, or maintenance planning.

Level A Suit Testing Services

iFacility Services offers professional Level A Suit Testing to ensure gas-tight integrity and equipment safety. Using the ASTM F1052 Pressure Test Method, technicians conduct pressure and visual inspections to identify leaks, defects, or material wear. Testing can be performed onsite or at the calibration lab and may be combined with other services for efficiency. Full documentation is provided for OSHA compliance and safety records.
