SHIPPING
We ship F.O.B. shipping point, which is either from our warehouse or from the factory. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse. Estimated shipping charges are automatically added by our system but hazardous, oversize, or overweight purchases may be charged an additional amount to meet actual freight costs.

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department within 7 days.
CATALOG PRICES
Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is a $ 75.00 minimum order requirement.
CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS
Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must mail them, please clearly mark them confirming in order to avoid duplication.
TERMS
1/10, Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders in Massachusetts and Connecticut. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.
PRICING POLICY
Although we intend to maintain prices during the life of our mailings and promotions, whether in print or electronic form, we reserve the right, to be exercised at our sole discretion, to revise prices, limit quantities and correct printing/pricing errors.
RETURNS
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please call, fax or write our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return. Special order items, videos and custom imprinted products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. No CODs accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. On special order items we may incur a restocking fee from the manufacturer. In that instance, you will be notified of that fee.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All products found in this catalog have been manufactured by other parties. These products may be warranted by their respective manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during normal use. There may be a limited term to any of these manufacturers’ warranties, and these warranties may be invalidated by any misuse of the products.
