The RKI GX-6000 is a six-gas sample draw gas detector. It’s very small compared to other units, simple to hold in one hand, simple to operate using the digital key pad navigation buttons. The gx-6000 has an on-board library of six hundred correction factors for the PID, and three different options for lamps.
The unit has a unique LEL sensor that can toggle between percent LEL and PPM detection for combustible gases making it very useful for detecting leaks of combustible gases (percent LEL is too high a measurement range to find a leak 1% LEL = 10,000 ppm). The instrument data logs and has a dock for bump testing and calibration. There are about a twenty sensors available, and the unit has an IP67 rating.
